We are 32 degrees south of the equator
All explorers need a home from which to base their adventures. Ours is 32 degrees south of the equator in Perth, Australia. The friendly, nature-loving attitude of people at this latitude keeps us coming back to enjoy the beaches, the wonderful lifestyle, family and friends.
But our curiosity keeps us travelling. We relish the opportunity to work in different places and cultures and we have extensive experience doing just that.

Paula Taylor, Innovation Director and Co-Founder
Paula brings a solid understanding of the creative, digital, tech startup, and social enterprise landscape. She works cross-functionally, across project teams and geographical borders on our global programs and builds a bespoke team for each project.
An entrepreneurial thinker with extensive experience collaborating with senior executive level stakeholders, Paula’s areas of focus include: design thinking, the interface between tech, brands and creativity, social enterprise, education, sustainable living, technology trends, disruptive ventures, lean startups, and the business of innovation.

Sharon Taylor, Managing Director and Co-Founder
Sharon is an experienced commercial and project manager at the most senior level. She trained in marketing and developed her career in the maritime and oil and gas sector, working on large-scale hospitality, mobilisation and accommodation projects. She brings her extensive expertise in contract management, customer service and logistics and works with Paula on processes and growth at 32 dsg.
